Citadel Project Consulting, LLC ("Citadel Projects", "we", "our", or "us") operates Career Agent, a career development application available across the Apple OS ecosystem (iOS, iPadOS, macOS) and the Android ecosystem (the "App").

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the App on Apple OS (iOS, iPadOS, macOS) and Android. It does not cover other properties we may operate (such as our website or YouTube channel), which are governed by their own privacy policies if and when provided.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices and rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Anonymous analytics data

We collect anonymous, non-identifiable usage data to understand how the App is used and to improve performance and product quality. This data is collected via PostHog, a third-party analytics service.

For clarity:

• Personal Data means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked (directly or indirectly) to an individual.
• Anonymous / non-identifiable analytics data means data we collect that is not intended to identify you.
• We do not attempt to re-identify you or link analytics data to your name, email, Apple ID, or other direct identifiers.

Analytics data may include:

• An anonymous, randomly generated user ID (UUID) created at first launch and stored in your device’s Keychain. This ID is not linked to your name, email address, Apple ID, or any other personal identifier.
• App version and build number
• Device platform and operating system version (e.g., iOS 18, macOS 15)
• Device platform and operating system version (e.g., iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS 15, Android 16)
